Wholesale Account Registration Guide

Step 1: Sign In with Your Preferred Email

  • 🔑 Our wholesale portal uses password-less login.
  • 📧 Enter your preferred email address on the LOGIN page.
  • ✉️ You will automatically receive a one-time access code by email.
  • ✅ Enter the code to log in.

⚠️ Important: Each account is tied to a single email address. If you log in with a different email, a new account will be created and your registration will not transfer. Always use the same email address you registered with.

Step 2: Complete the Registration Form

  • 📝 Once signed in, navigate to the Wholesale Registration Form in the navigation bar.
  • 📄 Fill out all required information, including your Reseller ID.
  • ✔️ Read and agree to our Terms & Conditions.
  • 🚀 Submit your application.

Step 3: Application Review

⚠️ Account Eligibility & Review Timeline

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Businesses located in the United States (50 states only) with a valid shipping address and Reseller ID.
  • Businesses with a brick-and-mortar retail location.
  • ❌ Businesses that sell exclusively online and/or on third-party marketplaces are not eligible for wholesale.ripplejunction.com.
  • 💡 If you would still like to work with us, please reach out for information on becoming an Online Partner Account.

Review Timeline: Applications are reviewed within 1–5 business days. You’ll be notified by email once your application is approved or if additional information is required.

Wholesale Policies (Accepted at Registration)

📦 Online Marketplace Policy

As a Ripple Junction wholesale partner, you agree to:

  • Sell Ripple Junction merchandise only through your company’s official website or physical retail store.
  • Not sell Ripple Junction merchandise through third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target+, Alibaba, etc.).
  • Not resell or redistribute Ripple Junction products to companies who list on online marketplaces.

⚖️ Dispute Policy

By registering, you agree that:

  • Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in state or federal courts located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
  • You consent to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections to venue.
  • Service of legal documents may be made by mail or as provided by Ohio law.
  • In the event of collection action, you agree to pay all related costs, including reasonable attorney fees.
