Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Order Minimum

Our wholesale order minimum is $250, and all orders require prepayment prior to shipment unless terms have been agreed upon.

International Orders

At this time, wholesale.ripplejunction.com does not sell to international customers. Due to distribution rights associated with our licenses, wholesale access is limited to businesses located within the United States (50 states only).

Merchandising

To remain in good standing, wholesale accounts must present as established business-to-consumer retailers carrying a variety of brands.

Third-Party Platforms

To ensure brand integrity for our licensors and a consistent customer experience, Ripple Junction does not authorize wholesalers to sell our products on third-party platforms (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Target+, TikTok, Alibaba, etc.).

We do not extend wholesale access to businesses that intend to resell exclusively through these channels. Any third-party sales must be explicitly pre-approved by Ripple Junction. Unauthorized listings will be flagged for removal and may result in revoked wholesale access.

Exclusivity

Ripple Junction is proud to partner with retailers nationwide; however, acting as a distributor or exclusive agent without explicit written approval is a violation of our wholesale policy and may result in account termination.

Account Approval

Ripple Junction reserves the right to approve or deny all wholesale applications. Applications are reviewed within 1–5 business days, and you will be notified by email once your account has been approved or if additional information is required.

Account Revocation

Ripple Junction reserves the right to revoke wholesale account access for failure to pay invoices, violation of wholesale policies, or unauthorized resale activity.

Unauthorized Resale

Wholesalers may not purchase Ripple Junction products from ripplejunction.com or other retailers for resale purposes. All wholesale inventory must be purchased directly through authorized Ripple Junction wholesale channels.
