We are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist take on:
- Processing Amazon Returns from long term storage and expiring license
- Managing Merchant Filled Orders
- Dealing with Suppressed Images
- Processing Amazon Replenishment Orders
- Processing Shipment Discrepancies with Amazon
- Processing Cases with Amazon
- Processing RMA for returns
- Assisting Accounting with any issues with any order entry or invoicing errors
- Creating Daily Amazon Replenishment Log and analysis on weekly replenishment
- Creating Weekly backstock Replenishment and analysis on weekly replenishment
- Assist Amazon Production Specialist as needed (Amazon Listings / Weekly Option Sheet / Quote Sheet)
- Assist Amazon Manager with Analytics
- Managing product listings
- Other creative stuff plus much more…. And, all the legal employment stuff you can assume but won’t read anyway.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years’ experience selling on Amazon
- Prior experience working in ecommerce is a plus
- High excel skill level, good at problem solving and basic analytics
