Policies

Dispute Policy - The undersigned irrevocably and unconditionally (i) agrees that any suit, action or legal proceeding arising out of this business relationship shall be brought exclusively in the Federal or state courts have a situs in Cincinnati, Ohio; (ii) consents to the jurisdiction of each such court in any suit, action or proceeding; (iii) waives any objection with the undersigned may have to the laying of venue of any such suit, action or proceeding in any such courts; and (iv) agrees that service of any court paper may be effected on such party by mail or in such other manner as may be provided under applicable laws or court rules of the State of Ohio. In the event that Ripple Junction, the undersigned agrees to pay all collection costs, court costs and other fees and expenses including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred by Ripple Junction in connection with the collection of amounts owed.

I agree NOT to sell any Ripple Junction merchandise through 3rd party online marketplaces including, but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Alibaba, etc. I also agree not to sell Ripple Junction product to companies who resell or redistribute Ripple Junction products to online marketplace retailers.
